Job Overview

As a Senior RF Systems Engineer at Repeat Consultants, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment of wireless networks across various customer markets. Your expertise in RF engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of complex network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement wireless network solutions
  • Analyze performance metrics and RF parameters to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement eFEMTO and PICO hardware solutions for special events and in-building coverage
  • Conduct link budget analysis, system dimensioning, and traffic analysis to optimize network performance
  • Utilize tools such as MapInfo, RF tools, and scanner analysis to optimize site and cluster performance

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in RF engineering principles and wireless network deployment
  • Experience with eFEMTO and PICO hardware solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
