Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs and replacements as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing components
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs while on-call
  • Complete daily work reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Travel to remote work sites as needed

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical/Work Environment:

  • Compliance with OSHA Standards
  • Ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
  • Ability to be on call and travel for work when needed, especially during busy summer months
  • May need to pass a DOT physical
