We are looking for both part-time and full-time remote Therapists to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy within a diverse and collaborative clinical team. You will manage a personalized caseload of low to moderate acuity adult clients, utilizing Allminds' unique matching methodology. Additionally, you will have the chance to integrate data and technology into your therapeutic practice.

Ideal candidates will:
- Be passionate about serving underserved populations
- Value evidence-based, solution-focused interventions
- Be open to incorporating objective data (e.g., self-report questionnaires) to guide case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Have experience in providing teletherapy
Qualifications:
- PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or LCSW credentials
- Current California License
- Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Experience with diverse adult clients from various backgrounds
- Preferred training in trauma-informed care, though not required
