As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will create and maintain a database of clients, engage with customers to set appointments, and make outbound calls to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met. You will also practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers.

We are looking for a pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale, someone who develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities. If you are a natural organizer with excellent time management skills and familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company's values and integrity
  • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met

Qualifications:

  • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
  • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
