At Rivera Mansions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiving Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to residents in a residential care setting.

About the Role:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As a Caregiving Professional at Rivera Mansions LLC, you will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of every resident by providing direct care and support while encouraging their highest level of functioning.

The primary functions of this position include:

  1. Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  2. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, including participating in activities and engaging in conversation.
  3. Collaborating with nurses, med-aides, and other facility personnel to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
  4. Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents, including cleaning, laundry, and disinfection duties.

Requirements:

  • A high school graduate with a current CNA license or certification preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in a residential care, assisted living, or memory care facility preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform basic office tasks, including sitting, walking, and operating office equipment.
