HireNow Staffing Inc is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to oversee the operations of a growing Emergency Department in a dynamic healthcare facility. This leadership role is ideal for nursing professionals who are ready to drive clinical excellence, lead department expansion, and contribute to the community's healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency services management, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an Emergency Department. They will be responsible for organizing, directing, and supervising the clinical and procedural units within the Emergency Department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining safe staffing levels, and managing efficient patient throughput.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the department budget, engaging in continuous quality and performance improvement, investing in staff professional development, and ensuring employees complete required annual competencies. The Director will maintain professional growth and development in nursing leadership and uphold required licensure, communicating essential information to the CNO and other Administrative Team members as necessary.

The Emergency Department currently has 14 rooms, with renovations underway to expand to 20 rooms, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a full relocation package and a commitment incentive of $10,000 paid out quarterly during the first year of employment.
