About the Role

Seaway Printing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues, and provide training and support as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical math and calculations, ability to work with hand tools and shop equipment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
