Job Description

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This part-time, school-based position in South Hadley, MA, involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to students individually and in group settings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.


Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
