We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a per diem nurse in Norfolk, Virginia.

Job Summary

This per diem opportunity offers the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and work with different hospitals and medical facilities in the area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Requirements

To be considered for this per diem opportunity, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an ICU setting and hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia.

You should also possess certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, and be proficient in electronic medical records systems.

A valid COVID-19 vaccination is required for all candidates.
