Job Overview


The role of the Application Software Engineer is crucial in optimizing organizational processes by developing, enhancing, and validating code and scripts that are vital for the efficient operation of various systems, software, and applications.

This position operates independently while receiving guidance from a select group of departmental leaders.

Ideal for a creative problem-solver, this role entails analyzing tasks and processes to establish innovative workflows and spearhead automation projects.

Essential Technical Skills

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java (J2EE), XML, Python, etc.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.

- Competence in identifying and resolving coding issues.

Preferred Knowledge in:
- AutoCAD, ArcGIS, HydroCAD, BlueBeam, and Trimble Business Center.

Key Non-Technical Skills

- Attention to detail and exceptional focus.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Background – Preferred

- BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

- Additional relevant certifications or coursework are advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities
