Member Services Representative

At Planet Fitness - PFNoCritics, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Members: Greet members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate needed updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
  • Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Background: Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency required.
  • Passion for Fitness: A passion for fitness and health is a must.
  • Positive Attitude: Upbeat and positive attitude required.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, are required.
  • High School Diploma/GED: High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
