About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead the development and operations of multiple IT systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with Technical Directors, Program Managers, and other technical leaders to drive business requirements, development, launch, and post-launch activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience in managing complex projects, breaking them down into manageable pieces, and delivering them in a timely and successful manner. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well with customers and lead a project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and operations of multiple IT systems
  • Collaborate with Technical Directors, Program Managers, and other technical leaders to drive business requirements, development, launch, and post-launch activities
  • Manage complex projects, breaking them down into manageable pieces, and delivering them in a timely and successful manner
  • Develop and implement solutions to problems reported or discovered
  • Continuously improve the quality of service provided by the networks, applications, and security architecture
  • Deliver timely and high-quality solutions to customer problems and requests, focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
  • 13 years of progressive IT leadership experience with a BS/BA in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar
  • Experience with multi-environment deployments
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with others as well as independently
  • Ability to work well in a constantly evolving work environment
