Operations Director

DuEx Capital Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Director to drive growth across our diverse portfolio of real estate investments and services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead daily operations, ensure process efficiency, and execute strategies to achieve business objectives. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams effectively, while maintaining strong relationships with third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including architects, lenders, and subcontractors.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to support company initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Operations Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate operations, including property acquisitions, mortgage lending, and managing construction projects.
  • Decision-Making and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to make informed decisions that drive operational success. Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Team and Vendor Management: Experience managing teams and coordinating with external service providers such as architects, lenders, and subcontractors.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Operational Efficiency: Experience in developing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including those related to property acquisitions, mortgage lending, and construction.
  • Growth and Development Orientation: Demonstrated desire and ability to grow professionally within the company.
