In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the trauma unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that care is delivered based on patient-specific needs and clinical requirements.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care, including assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, ensuring that patient needs are met and care is delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and track outcomes to meet grant specifications.
- Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to nursing practice, ensuring that care is delivered based on patient-specific needs and clinical requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.
- One year of registered nurse experience in a trauma or critical care setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
