We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Trauma Training Institute team as a Trauma Nurse Navigator. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with complex trauma injuries, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions to address trauma-related injuries and conditions.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Assess and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhanced care.
- Collaborate with the trauma team to ensure compliance with grant requirements and track outcomes to meet grant specifications.
- Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to nursing practice, ensuring that care is delivered based on patient-specific needs and clinical requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure.
- One year of registered nurse experience, preferably in a trauma or critical care setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
