About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer, NGFW to join our team. As a member of our technical support team, you will enable customer success by providing technical support to clients after they have purchased our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a positive customer experience and ensure that our customers are safely supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Handle support cases and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis skills.
  • Work closely with Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to build a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols (ARP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, BGP etc.).
  • Experience with Security (IPSEC / SSL-VPN) protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits:

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary is expected to be between $94,000 - $152,000 per year.
