Strategic Sales Director

National Safety Apparel is a leading provider of safety apparel solutions in the United States. As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by managing a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at designated distributor customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and present sales presentations and proposals to customers.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify, expand, and promote NSA's diverse product offerings to secure a larger share of the high-value strategic customers' supply chain spending.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with assigned customers to develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging NSA's Field Sales Managers (FSM's) to generate growth at customer locations nationwide.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven success as an Account Manager, Strategic Sales Manager, or another similar role.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
- Exhibits excellent leadership and communication skills.
