Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires a graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $34-$42 per hour. This role involves performing nursing assessments, administering medications, and supervising care staff to improve patient outcomes and minimize rehospitalizations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Supervise and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members, ensuring tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information to assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
