Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing, implementing, and executing Standard Operating Procedures for Knowledge Management of classified information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain current and future knowledge management systems and tools, including MS Outlook, Army 365 SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Create, modify, and maintain the Army365 MTC SharePoint and MS Teams portals accessible to unclassified users via the Government-provided Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and accessible to classified users via the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET).
  • Establish a procedure for granting access to knowledge management systems and tools to the Contractor and Government staff.
  • Provide content management for all KM systems and tools.
  • Conduct Knowledge Management training as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Information Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferred.
  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification preferred.
  • Extremely proficient with Knowledge Management Systems Tools (i.e. SharePoint, MS Teams, etc).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems tools (e.g. WordPress).
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance required (can start with Interim Secret).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Expert knowledge of all current collaboration tools.
  • Capable to handle multiple tasks.
