Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Key duties include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
  • Assisting with the transfer of supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
