Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Regency on the Lake. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of our care services
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
  • CPR certification
