About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our integrated healthcare system in east central Ohio. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative and compassionate work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer direct and indirect patient care to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Record patient measurements and observations accurately.
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed by the prescribing physician.
  • Collaborate effectively with other caregivers on the unit.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of previous experience as an LPN.
  • Current Ohio LPN license. If working bedside, IV certification is required.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.
