About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pet Pro at PetSuites. As a Pet Pro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our furry guests, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure each guest receives respectful and dignified care
  • Provide food and water, clean and sanitize food/water bowls daily
  • Clean up after guests, including waste and accidents
  • Walk dogs on leash to and from exercise areas
  • Engage in play activities with pets, including fetch, exercise walks, and agility
  • Supervise activities of multiple dogs throughout the day
  • Maintain a sanitary and healthy environment by following cleaning and disinfecting standards
  • Monitor guest health, including eating and elimination habits
  • Follow all safety protocols, including handling aggressive guests and escape artists
Requirements
  • Passion for animals and animal care
  • Ability to work under conditions requiring sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and grasping
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Good teamwork and willingness to assist other departments
  • Cheerful, friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
