Tri-County Water Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Service Technician to contribute to our mission of enhancing global water quality.
Our vision is to purify the world's water supply. To fulfill this, we offer innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions that positively influence the environment. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training on how to effectively manage every service call and project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining residential water treatment systems
- Conducting soil tests for wastewater renovation
- Repairing and servicing advanced wastewater treatment facilities
- Replacing and fixing well pumps
- And much more.
No prior experience is required. We will provide you with the necessary training to master each task, and as you gain experience, you will also have the opportunity to mentor others.
Compensation for our technicians starts at an hourly rate ranging from $22.00 to $32.00, depending on experience and training. We offer hands-on training, a company vehicle for personal use, a tool allowance, uniforms, a boot allowance, a cellphone, paid time off (PTO), seven paid holidays, and comprehensive health and dental insurance, with the company covering 100% of your benefits.

Applicants must have some mechanical knowledge and experience to thrive in this role. Any level of experience is welcome, including HVAC, plumbing, septic, wastewater operations, automotive, electrical, or other mechanical fields. Be prepared to discuss your mechanical background during the application process, including specific tools used, challenges faced, and achievements.
