Job Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and advancing the pharmacy profession. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the well-being of our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients on medication use, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies to provide the highest level of care and service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and community partners to promote health and wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, plus additional compensation, including annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
