As a Material Operator at PPG - USA, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient distribution of materials in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and distribute materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Unload incoming trailers and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Process various orders with precision and speed.
  • Adhere to best practices for inventory management and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and maintenance activities.
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in special projects as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment safely.
  • Previous experience with fork-truck operation is a plus.
