Assembly Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Staffmark Investment, LLC. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately building and assembling products within specified timelines and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely open cases of stock and dispose of over-wrap
- Prepare cardboard packing boxes and fill completed displays with inspected products
- Seal and label cases using a tape gun or machine
- Stack finished goods on pallets and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Basic counting and math skills
- Legible writing
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand/walk for 7-10 hours with breaks
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Good visual acuity, color vision, and depth perception
