About the Role

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA to join our team. As a Resident Assistant/CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs are met with respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, and assist with setup, service, and feeding if necessary.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need to maintain a quality care environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
