The Behavior Technician PositionAs a FirstSteps Behavior Technician, you will have the privilege of helping our young clients diagnosed with autism say their first words and sentences, develop their first friendships, be successful in their first classrooms, and ultimately realize a love of learning.
You will teach our clients meaningful skills including communication, socialization, self-care, and school readiness
You will become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with all initial credentialing fees paid by FirstSteps
You will work closely with and learn from teachers, parents, FirstSteps BCBAs, and behavioral health/ mental health specialists
You will make an enormous difference in the lives of so many children and families

Behavior Technician Wage InfoOur new team members receive between $20 and $23 per hour on average and are eligible for multiple wage increases throughout the year (with a wage ceiling of $27.50)
