Salary: We offer competitive compensation rates, including $40-$50/hour for full-time positions, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 available for full-time hires. PRN associates can earn up to $55/hour.

Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist at Life Care Center of Kirkland, you will provide direct rehabilitation care to patients under physician referral, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and our facility standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing and interpreting occupational therapy programs, goals, and objectives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments.
  • Overseeing and supervising care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program and be proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post-acute care facilities.
