We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience, and promoting our resort's products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert knowledge of resort operations, policies, and procedures to guests
* Answer phones and communicate with guests regarding resort policies and procedures
* Utilize the POS system to sell resort products and services
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Resolve guest inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Engage with guests to create a memorable experience
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge

**Requirements:**

* 18 years of age or older
* Prior work experience
* Ability to accurately complete transactions using the POS system
* Knowledge of snow sports preferred
* Prior cash handling experience
* Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

**Work Schedule:**

* Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
* Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability

**Compensation:**

* $16.00/hr
