- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve maximum results.
- Compliance: Ensure audit compliance at all times as required by the carrier.
- Age and Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age, with 1-2 years of wireless sales management experience and 3-4 years of wireless sales experience.
- Education: College degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
