Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the retail space.
  2. Assist customers by providing product information and facilitating sales in a courteous manner.
  3. Participate in regular inventory assessments on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  4. Handle and document sales transactions accurately, ensuring accountability for all financial exchanges.
  5. Support the organization of stock, maintain tidy displays, and create visually appealing merchandise arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering phones, welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, and processing orders.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service are essential for success in this role.
