Payroll Administrator

At RWS, we're seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for processing allocated payrolls in the region, confirming the accuracy of source data from HR, and collaborating with HR for verification of payroll changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Payroll Controller in processing allocated payrolls in the region.
- Verify the accuracy of source data from HR before submission to the RPC.
- Collaborate with HR for verification of payroll changes, new starters, leavers, and other amendments to the payroll.
- Support the RPC in dealing with external authorities, such as local authorities, pension providers, and other statutory regulators.
- Investigate and resolve queries from employees in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll process in the region.
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee garnishments, insurances, and taxes.
Requirements:
- 1 year of related payroll experience with exposure to various payrolls.
- ADP experience, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Data entry, data conversion, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Solid Excel experience, with the ability to work with data sets and analytical tools.
- Ability to follow end-to-end procedures.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to supporting others.
- Logical thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a quality service approach.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
