Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join our team at CentraCare Neurosciences at River Campus and St Cloud Hospital. As an EEG Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing and performing various neurodiagnostic modalities, as well as associated paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and perform neurodiagnostic modalities, including EEG and other related procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for department personnel on modalities performed.
  • Assess individual competency in modality performance and patient data.
  • Present findings to physician/hospital personnel to inform diagnosis and treatment.
  • Support patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
  • Implement Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Requirements
  • Clinical experience in a Neurodiagnostic department required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • American Board of Registry for Electroneurodiagnostics Technology (ABRET) Registry within 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an accredited School of Electroneurodiagnostics Technology (EEG) program.
  • 1 year's experience in performance of Neurodiagnostic procedures.
