Position Overview:

This training is designed to help you achieve both personal and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.

In addition, there are opportunities for advancement with skill-based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and career progression (90% of our management team has been promoted from within). Key Responsibilities:
Fulfilling member requests, including:
  • Taking passport photos
  • Planning road trips
  • Distributing maps and travel guides
  • Cashiering duties
  • Providing additional services for members

Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales setting
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass assigned sales or service quality objectives
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
