Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at Novi Lakes Health Campus. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in serving meals to our residents and assisting in daily cleaning duties. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement, with the potential to become a Certified Lead Cook through our Culinary Apprenticeship Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve meals to residents in a fine dining setting
  • Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators, and floors
  • Set up the dining room and meal trays as instructed
  • Assist cooks in preparing meals

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
