Employee Benefits:

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 USD.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (with additional hours as necessary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Relationships and oversee daily catering operations in a professional office setting.
- Coordinate internal catering events by liaising with external catering vendors.
- Build and maintain effective rapport with Clients and Customers to assess catering requirements.
- Ensure all catering events adhere to allergy protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate strong supervisory capabilities, with a focus on training and motivating team members.
- Review all catering orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Oversee Conference Room Management, including setups and breakdowns for meetings, food and beverage arrangements, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Manage all Hospitality Services, ensuring common areas, including kitchens, are well-stocked, organized, and presentable; responsibilities include inventory management and ordering supplies, cleaning, and beverage preparation.
- Oversee Mail Room operations, which include tracking and delivering incoming and outgoing packages, as well as managing all USPS items.
- Consistently follow business procedure guidelines.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Background in Hospitality or Catering is essential.
- Supervisory experience is mandatory.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and familiarity with a Windows PC environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must meet the employer's attendance policy.
- A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
