About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Breast Surgeon to join our team at Saint Marys Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. As a member of our multidisciplinary breast service, you will work closely with other surgeons, radiologists, APRNs, social workers, and nurse navigators to provide exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Experience in oncoplastic surgery is preferred but not required.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary estimated to be around $**450,000**, depending on experience, plus additional incentives and an excellent benefits package.
