Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist position plays a pivotal role in the IT department, responsible for performing various tasks, including but not limited to, physical asset inventory, Accounts Payable administrative assistance, handling the Service Desk backup queue during high call volumes, assisting with the hardware refresh project, and contributing to projects that support day-to-day operations within the IT department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of basic computer hardware
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent IT Support experience
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of applications, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; ability to communicate technical directions effectively
