Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert tax compliance and consulting services to partnerships, leveraging your knowledge of tax laws and regulations to drive business growth.
- Consult with clients on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Lead and counsel teams of tax professionals on process and tax technical, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing risk and performance, and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current tax practices, new technologies, and tools used in client service delivery, and participate in technology or process development initiatives.
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in an accounting firm focused on partnership federal and state tax compliance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or J.D./LL.M., with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
