Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing high-profile projects within core market sectors.
  • At least 7 years of experience with profit and loss responsibilities across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with various contracting methods, including lump sum and cost-plus.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and other estimating tools.
  • A robust network of connections with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements
This role involves working on active construction sites, requiring prolonged periods of standing or walking. Standard office equipment will be utilized, and effective communication with internal and external contacts is essential. The role may involve moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
