We are seeking a skilled LPN/CMA to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Room patients using EPIC rooming tabs and required elements per Joint Commission and regulations.
- Implement measures to promote a safe environment for patients and families.
- Assist providers with patient examinations and treatments/procedures, including EMG, spasticity management, initial and recheck evaluations.
- Draw up botox per physician order for administration.
- Administer medications and nursing treatments within scope of practice.
- Communicate effectively with discharge planners, insurance carriers, providers, patients, family members, and other related parties.
- Completion of accredited LPN or CMA program.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, TJC, DNV, OSHA, and other federal/state regulatory agencies guiding healthcare.
