Senior Preconstruction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Preconstruction Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage preconstruction activities, including project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with diverse teams of professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee project management software, including P6 and Destiny or equivalent.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Manage preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in P6 and Destiny or equivalent project management software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
