Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admissions Representative to join our team at Odle Management in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities, interfacing with other outreach contractors, and determining student qualifications for enrollment in support of our residential, non-residential, and Other Training Provider (OTP) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct recruitment activities, including speaking engagements and presentations at designated events.
  • Develop and maintain linkages with referral sources, such as colleges, school districts, human services agencies, and youth organizations.
  • Interview potential candidates to obtain information to support eligibility and complete applicant folders.
  • Follow-up on student progress, including length of stay and separation.
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with the center and CTS for coordinated support of outreach and placement.
  • Clearly communicate and consistently model appropriate Career Success Standards and employability skills.
  • Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property, adhering to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.
  • Complete all required documentation in individual folders for enrollment per PRH and company requirements.
  • Participate in industry advisory councils, community relations councils, and student orientations as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field.
  • Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field, and 2 years related experience.
  • Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
