Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, skin care, and hair care.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercise as ordered and assigned.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding of patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Coordinate care with the primary nurse and director of health services.
- Document patient progress and problems in accordance with agency policy and procedures.
- Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
