Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the CT Scanner department at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan parameters, and image quality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging services
- 1.5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on CT scanning
- BLS certification and experience with GE equipment
- Ability to work rotating weekends and 5X8 shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
