At GardaWorld, we understand the importance of compensation, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates across all markets:
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
Schedule 1: Sunday - Thursday 2 PM - 10 PM (40 Hours / Full Time)
Schedule 2: Monday 2 PM - 10 PM / Tuesday - Wednesday 10 PM - 6 AM / Friday - Saturday 2 PM - 10 PM (40 Hours / Full Time)
Schedule 3: Tuesday - Saturday 2 PM - 10 PM (40 Hours / Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service is always a priority.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and visitors through effective screening processes.
- Monitoring and screening individuals for access to the premises.
- Communicating screening results to clients.
- Complying with all company safety, service, operational, and emergency protocols.
- Conducting patrols within a large fulfillment center and surrounding areas, including parking lots and trailer yards.
- Managing the Security/Front Desk and providing directions to guests.
- Utilizing a computer-based visitor management system for badge printing and distribution.
- Controlling access and ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the site.
- Monitoring surveillance systems and conducting foot patrols throughout the facility.
- Exhibiting advanced customer service skills and proficiency with technology.
- Assisting Operations Management during emergencies and contacting law enforcement when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
- Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
- Possession of a Texas State Security license or the ability to obtain one.
- CPR certification or the ability to obtain one.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age as required by applicable law.
