About the Role

The Security Specialist role is a critical part of our Asset Protection team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and assets. As a Security Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and team members, providing a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and engaging guests and team members at the front of store
  • Leading a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store
  • Responding to and accurately documenting security incidents
  • Conducting productive merchandise recoveries and providing apprehension support as needed
  • Preventing theft and shortage at the front of store by performing receipt checks for exposed high-dollar merchandise
