Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of general and high-priority commercial and corporate accounts, identifying necessary documentation for new account openings, including legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related issues, guiding users through technical tasks and making informed decisions to resolve problems.
  • Recognize opportunities for cross-selling additional cash management and deposit products to existing clients, enhancing their awareness of alternative offerings from Treasury Services that could benefit their organization.

Qualifications

This role typically requires an Associate's Degree in a business-related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) along with four years of experience in banking and treasury client servicing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
